Returns, cancellations & refunds

For help with an order, contact deadvoidinc@gmail.com. Include your order number and tell us which items you want to return or cancel.

14-day cancellation right

You may notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods. You do not need to give a reason. After notifying us, send the goods back within a further 14 days. We will provide the correct return address; do not send a return to a fulfillment facility without checking the address with us.

You may inspect and try an item as you would in a shop. You may be responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Please return all included items and protect the goods for transport.

You pay the direct return postage for a change-of-mind return. We do not charge a restocking fee. Standard merch is not excluded from this right merely because it is produced on demand. Where applicable law permits, sealed audio recordings cannot be returned for a change of mind after their seal has been opened.

Refunds

We refund payments, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option when the entire order is cancelled, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first. Refunds use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, without a refund processing fee. Any extra amount paid for a more expensive delivery option is not refundable for a change-of-mind cancellation.

Wrong, faulty or damaged items

Contact us as soon as you notice a problem, with your order number and photos where helpful. We will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover necessary return costs for a valid fault claim. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.

Cancelling before dispatch or changing size

Email us promptly. We will check the order status and available options. A cancellation request remains subject to your applicable consumer rights. For a different size, contact us to arrange a return and a new order.
