This is the official Deadvoid Inc. merch store, operated from Finland. For webshop support, contact deadvoidinc@gmail.com.

Products and prices

Product pages describe the item, available variants and price. Choose your delivery country and currency before ordering. Checkout shows the applicable product prices, shipping charges and any taxes collected by the store before payment. Currency conversion can change the displayed price. Import charges not collected or prepaid may be payable separately, as explained in our shipping policy.

Images illustrate the products. Screen settings can affect colour appearance. Apparel and accessories are made to order by Printful; the Chapters CD is shipped separately from our own stock in Finland. Product and carrier availability depends on the delivery address.

Ordering and delivery

Check your item, size, quantity and delivery details before submitting an order. After checkout, you receive an order confirmation using the contact details you provide. Keep this confirmation for support requests. Contact us promptly if you notice an error in your order or address.

Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. If an item becomes unavailable or delivery is delayed, we will contact you about the available options. You retain your rights under applicable consumer law.

Returns, cancellation and problems

Our refund policy explains the 14-day cancellation right, how to return an item, return postage and refunds. Contact us for wrong, faulty or damaged goods. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Our privacy policy explains how customer information is handled. For any order question, email deadvoidinc@gmail.com and include your order number. The shipping, refund and privacy policies are available in the store and at checkout.
